Same, the moment I heard about that setting I switched it on because I understand just how exhausting it can be if people on willing to make the slightest accommodations for everyone too be able to participate.

We all need to remember to react with empathy and not frustration when we are called out

There can be no liberation for any of us unless there is liberation for all of us.

You don’t get a free pass just because you’re also queer.

There is nothing vindictive about anything Felix has said here, so stop trying to use your proximity as another queer individual in order to skirt accountability from other liberation movements.

Felix already told you that it wasn’t directed at you specifically, yet you have decided that you know his brain better than he does. That doesn’t sit right with me.

When a disabled person reminds about accessibility, the correct response is “okay, thank you!”.

How much more evidence do we need, after 29 failures, that the climate COPs are not fit for purpose? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
There have been many proposals for a process that would actually work, but all are ignored.
The talks are MEANT to fail.
