The Revd Canon Liz Hassall has been appointed by the Archbishop of York as the new Archdeacon of York.
Liz said, βI'm honoured by Archbishop Stephenβs invitation to accept the challenge of continuing in the permanent role, and broadening my ministry to serving the people of the villages and towns of the Archdeaconry of York.β
