Spoiler alert: only one topic was trashed once (and selected by other groups multiple times).

Last week at Nikhef's yearly gathering (Jamboree), I led a session on internal communication. As part of this, participants had a conversation about learning topics, and could either 'mail' (select) or trash topics. Putting results together now and looking at them. Feels like unwrapping gifts!

I have recently been involved in some conversations about trust and (internal) communication. Someone mentioned that without trust, there can be no communication. And now I cannot stop thinking about this. I think there can be interaction, but no real connection. What do you think?

I'm preparing a workshop/interactive session on internal communication at the moment, and this represents how I felt when I sat down and started working on it a few hours ago 😅. Managing to narrow it down now though. And curious about your talk now...

Oh lovely apple blosssom! Planted my grown-from-seed apple tree in the ground last autumn and it looks like it's happy with its spot.

To be honest, when we started greening up our garden (#NKtegelwippen) we mainly had plants in mind. But these beautiful little mushrooms are cool as well!

It's nice to work with colleagues for years and still be able to surprise them. For example, about the music you (secretly) listen to when you need to write something and are struggling to get into the right flow/mindsef.
