If you have specialized experience or work with an organization in a position to have an interest in the litigation, you could probably find a letter to sign or contribute to. I don't know if any deadlines have already passed
For better or for worse, the consensus is that scholarly input about best practices very rarely is the tipping point on what is allowed and what isn't.
In other words, they are reasonably likely to rule in favor of the ADF, but I doubt it will be because of the misquoted researchers opinions.

Every case has an advocate on both sides, and high profile cases get lots of letters pointing out why other evidence is unreliable.

Content moderation of any group larger than maybe 1000 people is also very hard. For some reason most people think it's easy.
bsky should have never positioned itself as the twitter alternative if they didn't want twitter problems, like needing an actual trust and safety team to handle moderation. as a โจTrust and Safety Professional โจ i have thoughts because moderation goes far beyond deleting mean or offensive posts
