It's easy to forget a call for violence.... But people who inspire nonviolence and push back arm and arm in protest, like MLK and Mandela, I'll always remember.

Anyone calling for a civil war has missed the point of democratic values and democracy itself... South Korea got rid of their dictator without one violent act by protesters... It can be done and has been done.

That's your opinion.

And I don't believe Hochul meant literal bloodshed war. If they move to gerrymander, then we should too. That's a nonviolent way to fight back. Democrats not showing up in Texas to vote for gerrymandering for republicans is another way to fight fire with fire.

It will be true if we accept the violence from them. If we do nothing. Illegal acts need to be dealt with by the law. This isn't the wild west, in a lawless world of accepting death and destruction. As long as our laws are still working for the most part, we must continue to support those laws.

I'm not calling for violence. We won't win w/violence & the narrative against democrats will be set for them. Violent acts will be used as an 'I told you the democrats are violent' & a fascist civil war will be against blue states & every insurrectionist crazed mind will be leading the charge.

They'll go to this length to arrest lawmakers trying to keep our democracy, but when the entire Trump regime says fuck you to a judge's order, doing something actually illegal, there's no arrest warrants issued on their contempt of court. Fire with fire people, that's the only way to fight fascism🔥
