I've been struggling for months since I lost my spouse. I hope soon to try to make playlists again. I cannot remember 3 months of this year. Lost multiple friends and recategorized many as acquaintances. I became a parent to a teenager. Adopted a hospice dog.

I got to see @djshadow last week at @NeptuneTheatre. I'm still beaming! It was so good. The footage for Ozone Scraper is amazing. Everyone went wild for Nobody Speak ft Run the Jewels. He ended with Organ Donor, a song I've heard since growing up in 1996 played live.

Silver linings: lots of cat snuggles, can wear each sock on different days cos I only have 1 foot to put them on, more time to work on radio stuff, meditation, for reading and movies.

Just before that, one of my cats was diagnosed with cancer. I'm also going through a divorce. I had just gotten back from taking care of my Dad after open heart surgery for 3 weeks. The weight of all this.

I broke my ankle skiing Sat. This describes the pain I feel - "there is the added fiery blaze underneath the cast and the liquid acid that melts your skin sensations".
