[Sprites by Cj-the-Creator, Princess-Muffins, and Myself] Gator had been asked to take one of Oliver's trains down the branch line for him, then to run it the rest of the way to Brendam. On the way, however, Gator's lamp went out. He stopped at Lower Tidmouth - per the suggestion of the signalman at Tidmouth proper - to have it changed out. While Gator was waiting, Murdoch pulled in with a heavy goods train. He became rather short-tempered when he met Gator, as his lamp was being changed and the big orange engine had been startled seeing him. He claimed not to have mistaken Gator for a monster, but the big green engine seemed to be getting that from everyone, and was honestly tiring of it. Murdoch went on to recall his early days on the railway, and how nowadays engines keep their distance - something he claimed to be quite relieved by. Gator, admittedly, wasn't sure what to make of the bigger engine. He didn't get much of a chance, as soon enough, Murdoch was storming out of the station, without even the notion of well-wishes of any kind.
