We have been exposed to A LOT of stimuli. There is no shortage of hot takes or hard hitting analysis to help us understand what is happening. And perhaps that is the problem.
"What echo chamber brings you comfort?"
But perhaps more importantly, "are you ready to hear beyond your comfort?"

None of us can be sure what will “work.” You try multiple things and find your way in. Read some histories of the Civil Rights Movement by those who participated. They were never “sure” of what would work. Some campaigns fizzled out. But persistence, creativity, determination, and focus were key.

Last week 200 psychologists came together to set a vision for the future of psychology. The weight of our work it feels especially urgent. At the core, it’s simple: we become psychologists because we want to help people.

Untethered
Something familiar in an unfamiliar place brought me comfort. Just as that yellow ball held together at black seams tethered to the pole on
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to be untethered—free, yet disconnected. In a world flooded with information, I ask: What keeps us tethered in these uncertain times?
Read part one of my latest #ThroughLiminality post & share—what’s keeping you grounded?
