When a 26-year-old single woman finds a brain tumor right after being booted from her parents’ health insurance, she must find someone to marry - and fast - in order to get on their plan and afford surgery.

Proud to announce that my newest feature screenplay AFFORDABLE CARE is a Finalist in the Omaha Film Festival’s script competition! I put in my time off request at work and hopefully will be able to go see if this script is a winner :)

I think one of the funniest things that’s ever happened to me is when I had just moved to Chicago and hadn’t changed my license yet, and the guy at the liquor store accused me of having a fake ID because he had “never heard of Delaware” 🙃🫠

There’s a construction company near my house that always puts up huge light decorations for major holidays - right now it’s all hearts and cupids - and honestly I find it endlessly charming.

I see it out of the train window on my commute and it’s a cute way to know I’m almost home.

Are my latest symptoms because of ✨hypothyroidism✨ or 💫breast cancer survivorship💫 or 🔮mental illness🔮 or 💖celiac disease💖 or 🦄medical menopause🦄

Unfortunately “the other room” would probably have to be my office at the theater which gets horrendous internet service

But like truly just hitting “play” and leaving while I’m in rehearsal may be the solution!

Genuine question: how can I best support The Muppets when I’m currently in a ~70 hour work week and probably won’t be able to watch/stream The Muppet Show until Sunday night??

I use IMDBPro combined with sleuthing! But IMDBPro at least lets me know who I need to sleuth 😂

Tonight at work my two lesbian gen z crew members told me that I'm "not giving straight woman" which is the bisexual affirmation I didn't know I needed tbh

Sent an absolutely shoot-for-the-moon writing related email today and probably nothing will come of it, but god it just puts into perspective how you really do have to be a little bit delusional to pursue this.

I work nights and weekends, but try really hard to send writing-related emails during “normal” business hours whenever I can. Schedule send is a godsend!

That said, I do find it really funny when I get professional emails at 1am my time - maybe “business hours” are flexible?
