A batch of chocolate and cherry ice cream

The second batch did mix the chocolate shavings a little too well and now it's mostly a chocolate-cherry ice cream with some halved cherries in the mix. Not bad but not what I was aiming for.

Cherry Garcia! Pan toasted some red cherries, kept some halves and puréed the rest to make a rich ice cream and cherry base. Added chocolate shavings to the mix and goodness it's a delight.
