soared through the final 100 pages of AS I LAY DYING for my class on it tomorrow. revisiting it this year has been a joy - those last 50 pages or so are incredible. And the ending! Talk about taking 261 pages to set up a punchline

Wow - an unexpected delight. Ignore the hokey name, this is a wonderful, thoughtful film. in line with the classics of 80s sci fi and trippy anime

i was surprised by the clock!! by act 3 i felt on top of the game’s challenges so was not hitting multiple walls like i was around the end of act 1… i patiently wait for a decade for HK3….

i guess i rather enjoyed SILKSONG…

i’m about 2 bosses away from the end of SILKSONG. 95% completion. my dislike toward the game has long faded. i still think it’s a horrible piece of work, and a crime against humanity, but i now fully love it.

finale of ALIEN EARTH was incredibly dumb and rounded off a season of tonal misbalance, confusion and distracted attention. fun but, i think, very poor

you just know that it’s going to be soooo hateful as they’ve incorporated the Sekiro revive mechanic

just caught the SAROS footage. it looks exactly like i had hoped -RETURNAL 2. (Returnal is the best new IP of this generation and one of the best games ever made)
