I agree in theory but the EU itself doesn’t yet know how exactly a successfully enforced DMA is supposed to look like. It’s a very vague mix of regulations written by a lot of people with very little understanding of technology. Apple has every right to challenge its current interpretation in court

We need more official dual or even triple port chargers from Apple. This improvement would easily justly a 60W GaN charger with two ports so even if you charge your new iPhone at full speed you can still nicely charge your Apple Watch or a pair of AirPods.
