Everyone we need to come forward and support each other to keep going I know its very overwhelm and exhausted. People are start to drained and effect their mental health. Mostly probably come from what is happening in our politics. We need to remind ourselves to make sure we support each other.

I struggle with those medical people I kind of give up on them cuz often when I have pain or am sick they often say nothing wrong everything come out normal (most based on bloodwork test) I am fed up

All of those circus show is getting scary its effect my mental health I can image there are many people's mental heath is being effect by those clowns in the circus. Let you know that you are not alone
