My high school English teacher had us read To Kill a Mockingbird, then for the final project on it we chose a character and dressed up like them. She interviewed each of us as if we were that character. I got Atticus Finch. That book, as well as Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry were foundational for me.

How about a Lightning Bolt version? 1 Bolt, starts in the graveyard, and each player fights over it. Or perhaps 14 Bolts (42 damage, enough to kill one player while leaving the other alive) with no way to reuse them, but you fight over the deck.

How about a Triskaidekaphobia variant? It starts in the center and triggers on each player's turn. The deck is all life gain and loss, trying to force the other person to 13. (I also just realized these are all Innistrad cards.)

Also Gravecrawler might be interesting, since it would have to play off itself. With board wipes, it might be disadvantageous to cast all of them so you can keep up protection.

In the vein of Forgetful Fish, I'd love to see more decks built around interesting creatures or spells. For example, I want to build Treacherous Pit-Dweller. What are come cards that might be interesting with this? My first thought was Endless Whispers.

Don't forget to let them know you don't want crappy AI slop in creative spaces!

I've compared it to two friends growing apart. You're still friends (...right?) but now their interests have diverged so much you barely recognize them. Every time you spend with them, they're always going off on a new interest, and you just want to go back to how it was.

At least that's it for me.
