You really want to ask "sooooo there are NO RULES regarding deployment of military personnel?". I mean, if there's a law, then surely a judge can rule based on that law. Also, if this isn't a matter for the courts...how did it even end up in court? And wouldn't it be easy to appeal it, then?

Like the DOGE one, where they wanted everyone in the government to send emails about what they did during the week. Threatening judges, legislative assistants, etc. It didn't even apply to them. ONLY for those in the Executive Branch.
