normally i would agree, but when a recipe calls for salt to be added, and to use unsalted butter - i think that's to control the amount of salt in the recipe (but just to be clear, outside of that use-case i agree with you)

yeh honestly it feels like i have a target on my back more than anything.

i'm learning to drive at the minute (in monaghan, oddly enough) and i've encountered a severe lack of patience and respect from aggressive road users particularly in rural areas.
