This particular copy is off to its new home with the author, so now I need to make myself a copy 😂

I took it to a copy shop to get a professional trim, which really gives it a nice finish. I probably won’t do it with too many other fan bindings, because you could almost buy a brand new book with what it cost 😅

The Mediterranean market near us wins again with tasty treats... First the dolmades, now the grilled and marinated olives. Plus the Egyptian-style beans. And all the fancy spices. I've started putting dried limes in my soups and sauces for flavor. It's just changed the way I cook.
