The world needs more of this and less of most other things

DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) has always included LGBTQ+ people, along with race, gender, age, and disability. Many companies, including Target, used DEI to improve inclusion across all these areas, not just race. Saying it only meant Black and Brown people misrepresents its purpose.
