We need to start thinking how do we deliver functionality or value to end users, how do we meet them where they are. We partially did that with mobile but poorly expecting them to download apps that then demanded dedicated attention.

I do hear you in terms of tech and LLM's but there's an aspect where we need to start rethinking how interaction will occur in the future. Nobody wants to learn workflows, figure out navigation, deal with ads, don't get me started on accessibility.
