What you originally said read as "Don't ask, Don't tell" applied to being trans, which of course is a problem if a bigoted doctor figures it out and decides to discriminate.

That's why I brought up people who don't pass well.

Ignoring the several typos, I am pointing out that sometimes people can't really hide that they're trans, and frankly shouldn't have to.

Sometimes people *do* clock it, and sometimes those people are bigots, and sometimes those bigots are doctors.
