Got it. I've been trying to recreate this issue in Chrome, but I haven't experienced it yet. Could you tell me the device type you were using when you had the issue? And did it start when you tried uploading an image to the customizer? I will submit a ticket for our web team to look into it!

Hi Meredith! I'm sorry you're having issues! I'm checking in with the web team on this. I don't believe we are having any site-wide issues this morning, but our custom badge ribbon pages have been slow to load. They WILL load, but sometimes it can take 10 seconds or more. We are working on this.
