Today the working week ended and thank god, I'm exhausted, back again with the damn lurgy after just gotten over the last 8 weeks long bout.

Still, my bed is nice and cool, I've got a new book to read and my ears are listening to silence.

Another year older, but definitely not the more wiser, the family spoilt me today and it was perfect to have dinner with both the kids.

Nobody ever tells you how hard it is when they start to grow up, adult, move out and you don't see them as often. So time together is precious 💕

So we got through the storm, only had to go outside and pick up the bin twice, grateful it was empty really.
