Here are some resources shared by my social worker/therapist.

onlineharassmentfieldmanual.pen.org - she said this was a resource for reviewing how to handle the overall harassment situation.

First: Report Fraud to the FBI: complaint.ic3.gov

Maybe: Report Fraud to the FTC: reportfraud.ftc.gov

If you have also been victimized by RJVinnie in other ways, you can report those to the cyber crime division as well.

This could be for
- minors who received adult content
- anyone who received threats of suicide or other violence
- fraud
- stolen identity/impersonation
- fake IDs probably here idk

It is possible still that RJ is a black kid, and I don't want the cops banging down their door. We are hoping by sending it to investigative agencies (those with an ACTUAL investigation budget) that they will be able to identify who RJ is and take action based on that information.

Please share this info around. I'm still blocked by a chunk of the community especially due to my interactions with RJ last time. But that's no reason that folks should not have access or encouragement to use these tools.

What it boils down to, whoever RJ is, they steal identities, and who says that any of the names or people they've claimed to be are actually them? Even the "confessed" identity once everything blew up. I don't know. I don't know at all.
