Styled in preservation to the L&PR's needs, Redcap comes from Scotland, originally built for the Calcots & Dores railway.
She was saved from scrap and floated all the way down to Portethwaite.

C&DR No.151 "Foxglove".
Built and modified by Anstis Works for the purposes of the fledgling railway company. It arrived with an order of bogie'd tenders (pictured) to go behind the railway's first batch of 'Myth' locomotives.
Foxglove would become the basis for LLW's 'Fable' class of 2-6-4Ts.
