Going back and reevaluating your character arcs after finishing the first draft is pretty cool. Not only do you get to see if your characters changed according to plan, but you can also see how you've changed as a #writer.

I see some people are demanding we watch the inauguration and I'm all, motherfucker, I didn't watch his first one and spent four years actively avoiding the sound of his voice, what makes you think I'm going to do any different this time around

One thing I really struggle with as a #writer is figuring out my social media niche.

How does one promote themselves? How do you find that one topic you can make endless posts about? Why do I live in a place where it's 15°F on a random Wednesday morning?

Officially 1 week into my editing goals for 2025, and I have to say... editing a first draft is a trial of self-love and self-critique. Also, rewriting a scene from a different perspective is character building.
