First season Mad Men is a lot more didactic in how it frames scenes of the guys being absolute misogynists while their wives in the foreground or background grimace. Makes sense that it would stop engaging in that mode of storytelling once the viewer has been assured that it doesn't condone.

Some ideas feel like they were finished in Tears of the Kingdom (after really being introduced prior in Twilight Princess), but the linear approach to dungeon design in the 3D environments is a relief at this point in time.

I've been on a real Zelda kick lately, so I just spent a few hours with the Skyward Sword remaster. They really did such a great job sanding the edges on that thing while still letting the more impressionistic approach to color shine.

I've got a book coming out next year, so I'm really angling for that to show prospective collaborators for that OGN that I mean business about getting it out there for pick-up.

Next year the big creative goals for the first few months are to:

- finish writing The Education of Percival (currently in production with a great artist collaborator)
- get a collaborator onboard for The Princess of All That Was (OGN to query)
- complete a solid draft of A Wolf Age (self-publish)

We are aligned on all of these accounts.
