Last week, at @sdingov.bsky.social my brilliant Sport England colleagues @casseroleburgers.bsky.social and @simonpang.bsky.social gave a talk called Beware of the Team Doughnut 🍩 It's about the importance of team shape and why – when we didn't get that right – it was detrimental to our delivery.
