Brilliant talk by @scarfflab.bsky.social showing how it helped to visualize the elusive actomyosin primed complex & demonstrate the swinging lever mechanism.
I started on this around 2006 so only taken 20 years! The project itself started over 30 years ago. Great to finally see the elusive structure.
