Scatter-brain - painting whatever my brain feels in the moment.

I feel the hypermobility issues in your thirties, it can really suck! I've recently started doing rehab gym to strengthen my muscles and help them be able to keep my joints in place with recommendation from my physio and my shoulder is definitely feeling more stable.

I really needed this this morning. Halsin hugs feels like the safest place anyone could be in right now 😊 Thank you for this.

January is almost over and it has been busy for me. Lots of hours of filling-in at the office and quite a bit of doctors appointments.
I've been quite exhausted due to it, but I am hopeful that I can start finding a flow with things again soon. 💜

Realised I've been quiet here lately.
The holidays was spent with Covid, ER nurses and a gallstone surprise, I am feeling okay now💜
I will also work more hours at the office during January, so I might be quiet/infrequent with streams for a bit longer.
Still miss you all💜

I'm happy I've come so far since my burnout that I've been able to jump in for extra hours at the office to help out.
It has burned a bit of energy however, which is why I haven't streamed.
Unsure if I'll stream this coming week either, but we'll have to see.

I've jumped in at work at the start of the week and today I'm having a slight fever. So, I'll make sure to rest this week instead of streaming💜
