Got another $400 in vet bills today (and he will require 4 more smaller visits in October) so these are going to stay open for a while!! I'm at capacity for this batch but I will be taking a waitlist for the foreseeable future (next round should be started in October)

This is also more of an emotional or mental exhaustion. I just think about what my current wants/needs are and how I don't have them, and the more I do, the more they weigh me down and start compounding on each other until its unbearable.

I hate the exhaustion I feel during the middle of the day. All I want to do is like down and not think of anything, but I can't. Then, when I get home, im stuck wide awake and can't fall asleep until 3am
