Can't it be both? Yes, they're dumb, but it mainly shows that they really just don't take their jobs seriously or care at all about being remotely decent stewards for the public good. Yet, when it comes to filling their pockets or accumulating power they take their Adderall and get that job done.

I made this functioning solar panel mosaic in 2017 and barely exhibited it, so I'm particularly happy for it to be in this year's Solar Biennale at Mudac.

Every time I return to it my feelings about it change. Unfortunately, it feels more relevant than ever.

Hopefully it doesn't depend on what King Elon allows them to print.
