Prepped signatures for more journals last night. I love the process of book/journal making. In a time where so many value speed and rushing to complete a product, I savor the slow, intentional process of creating something by hand.

I need to make sure I have better lighting in the future, but the sewing is complete! Two complete books (other than trimming threads and maybe embellishing the spines.

Working on some handmade books. So far I have the signatures made, the fabric prepped for the covers, and the book board cut out.

Being creative has always been something that grounds me, and it's more important in my life than ever.

A few of mine have been harvestable this week too! Vine fresh tomatoes are the best.

Knitting and gardening! It's two somethings, but they make me happy.

They were lovely when they were blooming!

Did most of my planting today too! It was a beautiful day here for getting it done. I just have beans and native plants left to get in.
