i called my dr, my pharmacy, my pcp and all of them told me no to my refill so i had to go to the ED and they were all like “why’d u run out of meds” and im like because im a stupid idiot and didn’t realize i had no refills left

my dr won’t call in a refill for my meds to last me until my next appt so i get to go cold turkey off my mood stabilizers which can cause seizures and other such fun side effects when u go off them cold turkey! i think everyone genuinely wants me dead

trying to hack off my gel x nails and i didn’t get them completely off except for one. gonna try again when i get home from this doctor’s appt (which i had to pay for bc i got a physical earlier this year for my study abroad)
