Now, a press conference reveals that NO such symbols were found.

WSJ owes a full retraction and apology.

We are aware of the EHRC's briefing to The Times about its draft statutory guidance. The draft is inconsistent with the Supreme Court's explicit assurance (from para 248) that its "interpretation would not be disadvantageous to or remove protection from trans people with or without a GRC." 1/2

It needs to be stressed that a SIX YEAR REVIEW into gender services here literally just concluded in April.

I think, in light of all the rotten people out there spreading terf nonsense, today would be a good day to support trans creators.
