Armony aka Wasp

a watercolour painting on hand cut rag paper, framed in between two pieces of glass and soldered at the edges. The painting is a bullfrog and a rain frog sharing some spa time on a mossy log. The bullfrog pours a ladle-full of grey, pudding-like mud over the rain frog as the rain frog closes their eyes in bliss. There is glistening mud everywhere. The frame is in a diagonal arrangement and has little bits of found glass shards decorating the edges. It hangs from vintage rust coloured flax cord.

The painting of the buddies again, but against a paving stone background, to highlight the transparency of the glass.
