It’s really annoying when the same level of care and focus that you give to other people is never reciprocated.

Spent most of the day yesterday prepping and enjoying Husbando's birthday game day. Had a bunch of people over, set up a taco bar, and generally enjoyed time with good food and good friends.

Now...back to studying.

Restaurant who now?

I begged and pleaded my mom to let me stay home to watch it because my school didn't want to show it.

I watched it happen live at home. My mom turned off the TV and told me to go to my room and I didn't even question her, I just went to my room. I don't remember anything else that day.

I made pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and zucchini with a garlic parmesan sauce the other day, and ate the leftovers for dinner tonight. This is a Big Deal for me because I don't usually like leftovers, but this dish was so good that I looked forward to finishing it off.

Sometimes, on a cold winter’s day, grilled cheese with tomato soup is everything the soul needs.

Failed my Linux Essentials exam. Needed a 500, got a 480.

Had to fail an exam at some point.
