While I am by no means aiming for full historical accuracy, it's a fun challenge to aim to costume characters based in specific times. This graphic novel takes place in the early 1950s.

Last year, I published my first full-length graphic novel, Ballyhoo (Book One). Working on book two now. Here is concept art for some of the characters in upcoming chapters: Gina LaRue, Kit Holiday, and Oretta Adams.

Here's a spread of comics from my graphic novel Ballyhoo where our lead character stumbles her way into the lesbian bar "The Lilac."
