WHY?
$GE - I call it the 'Airspace Toll Booth'
$DUOL - “The stock is not the company and the company is not the stock”
$CCC - Price discounted, and Buyback Machine!

in the meantime, Stock Markets are in all-time high, while consumers and everyday hardworking people aren't getting paid enough to spend. More and more young humans are looking for shortcuts (short term wins).

KPIs such as Cardholders, Costco Warehouses, Renewal Membership Rate are healthy.

I'm averaging $620/share of Costco, so If were to buy more, I will be waiting around low $700 to buy more.

3️⃣3️⃣ Amazon is better buy than Costco?

On my portfolio, it may look like it. It isn't fair but the performance actually shows that Costco (no buys this year) has been on the down trend, but is really?

Answer: NO. The fundamentals are still strong, this is buying opportunity.

Projections for next 12 months(next year) is lower, but will the growth overcome the dividend loss?

So.. if you think its worth it, let's take a look this year. It has changed due to the portfolio changes like cutting out $VICI, and adding more into $MA (mastercard) and buying $GE. I'm starting to think I've made the wrong decision. But time will tell.

Buys: $GE, $MA, $SFM
I sold completely from $CRM (SalesForce) and $VICI (VICI Properties)

$VICI is great but I am looking to consolidate my portfolio.
$CRM the fundamentals have changed, (IMO).

Yes $GE. I bought it under $300 ✌️

And what type of govt would inflict pain to its citizens?

3️⃣0️⃣ I bought $500 of Duolingo (so far in Dec)

- Q1 and Q2 Active Monthly Users declined by 2Million, which caused panic. Q3 showed 7Million up increased.
- Expanding diverse areas like Chess, Math and Music
- China delays the AI feature MAX, but this while open the floodgates for revenue.

Okay, be fair, its only less than 2%, but that's a safe enough bet that when/if $GOOG goes lower than $243, he will consider buying up more.

There's so many companies that are definitely going out of business this year and next year. Smart move to wait it out.. But If you look at his dataroma, he's been constantly buying and reinvesting.

I think there's a few things missing from this Q3 Report.. And wallstreet has yet to wrap their minds around "it".

Insider trading activity — not the illegal kind, but legal insider buying/selling by executives.
When insiders start buying their own stock after a pullback, it usually says one thing: they think it’s undervalued.

Do you track insider moves before #investing, or just focus on fundamentals?

2️⃣2️⃣ Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

KPIs can help determine whether the stock price is valid or not. For example: $AMZN (Amazon) has Advertising/AWS/Subscriptions/Robotaxi/etc.

When KPIs are growing but the stock price is discounted, then I will either HOLD or BUY.

2️⃣1️⃣ FICO Stock Is BACK!!

To give some context, FICO stock has been beaten down this year (Lowest: $1300). I always love a great underdog story.. I used my SCHD shares to buy up as many as I can.

Currently:
Average Share Price -> $1608
Target Price for this year is still $2000.
