Today I walked home from a local coffee shop. I’m not okay. 😭🙌🏾 To think that this time last month the nerve pain was so high that I literally could barely take two steps without wanting to scream, is so surreal. God is amazing. My surgeon and his team are amazing. #microdisectomy #recovery

I’m so grateful for God’s love as I go into my next year around the sun. As the Happy Birthdays have already begin to roll in from the east coast, I know it’s gonna be a gorgeous day. Thank you Lord for letting me make it to this day when sometimes I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be around. I’m healed.

I’m glad you got those tears out. I am a bit of an empath and I’m an artist so it’s easy for me to get touched emotionally. Lately it’s mostly from watching clips of people giving their thank you speech at award shows 🤣🥹

My sciatica flared up 2 mths ago & has affected my 2025 in unfortunate ways but you can either complain or focus on what you can control. One of those things is being healthier. Certain workouts agitate sciatica so I’m so grateful that the gym has this machine. Seated with back support! #grateful

I’m busy and it’s with all good and healthy things. It’s a blessing to not be busy because you’re trying to simultaneously navigate toxic relationships.
