An advisee's friend was among the grad student who had their visas revoked, and the reason he was given was that he got a speeding ticket 3 years ago.

Honestly though, what about the Canadian border cops who handed her over to the US all while knowing how they had been handling similar situations. They have responsibility in this.

Ive asked why none of TNs elected federal reps are speaking out against handing over the decision of how government should run to an individual who absolutely no one voted to approve. This is a shame. Tim Burchett responded with an incomplete list of offenses, ignoring democracy altogether.

Reporting shouldn't come at the expense of ableist language.

Mind-boggling wreckage. Among the lifesaving programs now disrupted by Elon’s attack on @USAID: phase 1 trials for a possible HIV vaccine.

As a socialist in a deep red state, I know contacting my Congressional representation isn't going to accomplish much, but I guess I feel better about doing it than not.

I will take words out of my grant proposals (I have outstanding thesaurus skills), but I will not change my efforts.

Sometimes it's best appreciated not to come upon things too early, but someone really should have told me to read Kathy Acker sooner.
