And healthcare (behavioral health and medical) will primarily only be available for wealthy people and the numbers of healthcare workers will reflect that.

Yep. This is why I continue to state that I have never been poor & have always either experienced a middle-class to an upper middle-class life. I have always had access to all of those things (including healthcare) plus relatives who could additionally help out. I've never experienced real poverty.

White ppl are raised in a system in the US who benefit from being seen as white within that system. So even if they are unintentionally doing it, they still have learned within the system how their whiteness has power that doesn't have to be protected.

That's prejudiced, not racist. In order to enact racism, prejudice has to also be connected to a source of power to be able to oppress the person they're prejudiced towards. BIPOC people in a white supremacist society/system are not able to do this; they can be prejudiced, however, in that system.
