The President is asking rhetorical questions about what federal government aircraft was doing, as if there's someone else who is supposed to have the answer. This is his responsibility. If he doesn't even know the answers, it's because he and his unqualified appointees are incompetent.

Fair play, I have no faith in them which is where my concern stems from with us thinking we can rely on the courts at all. It’s a sad reality we are all living in. As a lawyer and a life long public servant I’m utterly spun at the moment.

My only concern right now is the Courts pausing this plays to what they want, which is to get the Supremes to say this is legal use of executive power.

I almost worry we needed a few more days and they would have folded from their own people flipping out.

I will say we have many who are doing that work. I’ve been on the phone with our delegation staff throughout the day, even some Republican members staff were working to figure out what we can do. Thousands of rents would go unpaid, projects that are in the middle of work would stop. This was 🤯

After the day I’ve had at a county level pushing back on the walls collapsing it’s harder to defend those who aren’t defending us with utmost vigor.

Especially those in safe seats.
