From my wound care doctor's appointment today:

1- I got a compression wrap on my left leg again.

2- She's happy with how my arm looks. I've been released to do some light crochet.

I put myself first today and now I'm feeling guilty about it.

Today is the big family Thanksgiving get together at my grandma's house. I'm not there .

Since I have to go to the restroom so much thanks to the new diuretic and it's so far from the dining room to the bathroom at her house, I'm home.

Today was a lot. Two doctors' appointments and a lot of poking and prodding on my arm. It hurts and is really tender, people!

I got another recommendation for voice to text. I tried it out and it won't work in my current situation. Too much background noise.

I've never had much luck with voice to text. There's usually too much background noise around here. I might need to try it again.

I noticed that earlier this afternoon. It seems to be working fine now.

I thought I would be told I can crochet and write again finally today. But no. Another week at least.

Here's a secret: I haven't written anything in about a year. First my mojo was low, then I had surgery on my arm that had me in almost constant pain. I'm almost back to where I can start writing (and crocheting) again.

Wow. It's been two years since I signed up on BlueSky. I did three posts or so and ghosted everything. Let's give it another go, hopefully with better results.

No. That's why we're watching cartoons. lol

Remember as a kid when you wanted to watch cartoons all day? Today I’m babysitting a 5-year-old. I am SO TIRED of cartoons.
