A small (only slightly bigger than life-sized) hermit crab plush, currently out of its shell, made from rust-orange minky fabric.

The crab from previous, tucked into the open end of a large spiral shell, made from a light peach minky fabric. The shell has been loosely coiled up but not actually sewn together yet.

Unlike the real world where curated experiences like bars/pubs have quick, not-databanked ID checks, there are no guardrails or clear instructions to how to have a good and safe experience on Social Media. All of your information can become used against you, random strangers will leave gross, distressing, or aggressive comments, and you should think carefully about what you are going to engage with.

You can say "This isn't for me", check the post's text for informational keywords, add them as Tag or Word filters, then use the Hide Post, Mute Account, and/or Block Account features. Jerks on the internet however tend to behave just like the politicians who seem to be forcing the internet to change for the worst. They blame their feelings and actions on people who are just doing their own thing; they police free expression like they're some kind of qualified enforcer; they struggle to pick apart fact and fiction (not just in text, but in photos/videos, including AI generated fakes); most importantly these are things they do because they think that thoughts and ideas are so strong it makes them unable to control themselves.
