One of the benefits of a) working from home and b) having my own office/craft room is decorating it whenever/however I want. I just put up some Halloween finishes.

Sweeping the Garden by Barbara Ana Designs.

Iโm alternating between Autumn/Halloween and Christmas projects at the moment so youโll have to ignore every other post if you think itโs too soon for Christmas.
This one is called Natural Noel by Tiny Modernist from the A Cross Stitch Christmas, Comfort & Joy book

That squirrel is amazing - and huge! Cottage Garden Samplings designs great animals. I really want to stitch the reindeer early next year.
22.09.2025 06:03 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0The Crow is the 4th release in part two. So far there has been a wolf, sugar glider and koala bear. Iโve done the swans and the fox from the first one. I have the rest kitted up and I was going to stitch the woodpecker until I saw the crow
21.09.2025 13:25 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0The Crow from The Year in the Woods 2 Series by Cottage Garden Samplings.
Iโve finished The Crow by Cottage Garden Samplingโs A Year in the Woods 2 series.
The stitching on these is always a bit intense but the finish is always perfection.

As long as you enjoy the stitching, none of the rest matters

I love how it looks like the fox and raven are looking at each other

I can almost hear the sleigh bells ringing
16.09.2025 05:23 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I colour completed the top section. It was a colour completerโs dream. The rest should be like that too if I can get my rear into gear.
15.09.2025 08:25 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Witches Hollow cross stitch WIP by Autumn Lane Stitchery using the called for colours on 18ct Zweigart Aida I dyed myself.
I set myself a challenge to finish the full coverage section of Witches Hollow by Autumn Lane Stitchery and I got it done ๐
Funnily enough, I found the full coverage section easier going than the rest because Iโve stalled out on it now. Maybe next month Iโll pick it up again

Sea Animals Trio by Puntini Puntini
This was one of those stitches where I made myself do the borders first because if I didnโt, I wouldโve stopped after the first one.
Stitched on 18ct Aida I dyed myself and with the called for floss. I added beads for the bubbles

The adorable Strawberries for Susan by Cosford Rise Stitchery. I love Susanโs bow.
I stitched this on 18ct Fog Aida by Picture this Plus using a mix of the called for DMC and overdyed floss from stash.

I feel like Iโve made a bajillion pillows this year ๐
Iโve one more to make and then Iโll call my Strawberry patch done.

Stitched on 18ct Sapphire Aida by Fiber on a Whim with mostly the called for DMC.
Strawberry Garden by Miss XStitch Designs on Etsy. Stitched with floss stash (Iโve toned down the floss to make them more vintage looking) and on 18ct Aida that I dyed myself.
Mouseโs Strawberry Jam by Tiny Modernist stitched with floss from stash incl Apple Fritter classic Colorworks for that fabulous Jam jar, and on 18ct fabric I dyed myself.
Strawberry Moon from Hello from Liz Matthews (Patreon) I just stitched the main motif and not the border and sentiment.
Iโve been loving the Strawberry projects lately. Hereโs 3 Strawberry pillows Iโve stitched and fully finished over the last couple of weeks.
It has been a while but here is everything Iโve finished since I last posted.
