I know I've put a full copypaste of the email in the alt text-box before, but if that takes ages for a screenreader to read, then... is that even helpful?

As a complete aside: I've been reading up on how to write alt text, and resources keep saying to keep it factual and to the point (short) as the screenreader will read it out (?).
