The Scarbah-class destroyer was a symbol of the Strider King Mizulhaar's might, but that is the only fact we know. No specifications of the ships, their armament, armour, sensor capabilities, etc. All of that was lost in the flames of the Iphraan invasion #spaceshipaday

Due to the degradation of Sek'tiers' fleets, most of the warlords and their people become pirates and raiders ( just as ones, we saw in Kiru'varo and Seknara sectors). The ultimate goal of Sek'tier is to find a new home

Instead of repurposing ambushed imperial ships, Sek'tiers would rather scrap them to the bones and build their own indegiouns designs of ships, rather capable ones, especially given the lack of resources at Sek'tiers' disposal.

More data available, thanks to Sek'tier Warlord Fyras: Sek'tier are the nation that flees their own Kingdom due to unknown events. They strided through regions with no place to build their new home (like Vyrians did), and their numbers, with time, dwindled.

Vyrian intel report: raiders that Vyrian fleets engaged in Kiru'varo and Seknara sectors and ships around Iamsaa are of the same group, a nation called Sek'tier.
This data was received after interrogation of captured crew members and pilots in Seknara.
