I find myself taking issue with the section "High fatality rates a concern." Fatalities are bad. However, the way this is written makes it seem that the car driver was at fault each time. Is that the case? It is rare to see a bike rider follow the law. Running stop signs and red lights is common.

Y'all need to dig deeper. "The increase in aides could be partly explained by an increase in English language learners and special education students." Uh, yeah. How many of those are 1-on-1 because of IEP requirements? They aren't there to help the students in general.

Maybe y'all should try talking to teachers.

There are car dealerships with pre-owned cars, which are used cars. But as I think about it, pre-owned would be before the car was owned, which would mean it’s new.
