Latest piece I worked on over the holiday break. I made a fan piece of Sergeant Johnson from the original Halo Combat Evolved. A little tricky to translate a character that is 25 years old (original is the last image), but it was a fun challenge.

Last behind-the-scenes part of my magical sandwich making

I don't know how many more ways I can scream fuck AI. It's ruining lives, communities and ecosystems for what? Italian brainrot videos? Deepfake porn? Is this how we really want to move forward as a species?

I've got a similar situation here: I put out bird seed but if I forget then a pigeon will find where I am a stare at me through the window. Used to be seeds triggered birds appearing, now birds trigger seeds appearing. Sort of a reverse Pavlov's dog situation.

OpenAI's new Sora video generator to require copyright holders to opt out, WSJ reports OpenAI is planning to release a new version of its Sora video generator that creates videos featuring copyrighted material, unless copyright holders opt out of having their work appear, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
