When I’m stressed, I pull out a recipe book and a counter appliance and make something. How about you? Used my bread maker, Beth Hensberger’s The Bread Lover’s Bread Machine Cookbook and made Italian Whole Wheat Flatbread. And it was wonderful. Brief reprieve from the world madness.
